Variable Speed Outdoor Unit Advanced Troubleshooting

This class is designed to offer HVAC service technicians hands-on troubleshooting with an operating variable speed outdoor system. Various “bugs” will be introduced into the system giving students extensive use of comfort controls, CDA and LEDs as well as a technical service manual to correctly identify and troubleshoot a wide range of faults. Requirements: technician must have VS Outdoor Certification training to attend. Technicians must bring their own personal multi-meter with standard and micro leads to class. This class is for Trane and American Standard dealers only.
