Do What’s Right Benefit: The purpose of this benefit is to support select Trane TCS and American Standard Customer Care dealers with additional flexibility and autonomy to “Do What’s Right” for the customer. Dealers who chose this benefit as part of their 2022 Growth Benefits have the ability to replace a specified number of units during the year, to be used in the situations listed below. You will receive a credit on your account when American Standard/Trane processes the request. Claim must be submitted within 60 days of invoice date, or by November 30, 2022. The average time is two weeks from date of entry. If you have any questions, contact your Territory Manager.

Warranty Product Exchanges: Select if you replaced an existing piece of Trane Technologies equipment for a warranty product issue that could not be resolved through a standard repair. Replacement must occur during product’s warranty period and is limited to like-for-like replacement.

Charitable Opportunities: Select if you provided an equipment donation to a charitable organization or person in need. Dealer may not charge for installation. Equipment will be limited up to 16 seer ACs and S9X2 furnaces.
