How did you end up with O’Connor Company?

I was a member of the Users’ Group for my former employer’s ERP system, as was Greg Borr, now President of O’Connor. He told me about an opportunity at O’Connor that I could not pass up. Although I had been with the same great company for 16 years, I knew that this would be a company where I could use my skills to impact change.

How do you think your colleagues would describe you?

I would hope my colleagues would describe me as a team player and a hard worker. I like to be the person they bounce ideas off of and they trust that I will give them honest feedback, as well as help them come up with a plan of attack. I am excited to get to come to work every day and I hope that energizes others.
